Paying homage to the founder’s humble beginnings

Resembling a traditional Ifugao house, the logo traces its roots to the founder’s humble upbringing as a son of Igorot house-helpers. The upward arrow hints at the real estate’s likelihood to appreciate in value, with the solid bar reinforcing its foundations.

Founded by a generous vision and a nurturing hand

Vester blue is our bolder approach to the standard color of calm and trust. Often associated with corporate stability and dependability, we made it vibrant to induce an outgoing, passionate, and energetic impression that feels visionary in every angle.

Engraved with an aspiration of a brighter future

Cochin is a serif typeface intended for a traditional look while instilling an emotion of familiarity. This font is best paired with Helvetica, a neutral typeface with great clarity and fluent rhythm that is perfect for setting body copy and long-form readings.
