North Grove at Pristina Town is a garden-inspired condo development nestled within a pristine address in Cebu. It is envisioned as a serene enclave where they can experience urban living that seamlessly blends with nature’s tranquility.

Balancing urban themes with abundant naturescapes
Featuring two distinct towers, Lumina and Terra, North Grove beautifully interprets its vision of a garden-inspired community through a vertical village that elevates the concept of green living. Seeing how their facades complement nature’s contrast, we imagined a narrative conveying the harmony of its biophilic architecture with the surrounding vistas and landscapes.
For the design elements, we took inspiration from the building’s finishes and materials, melding with rigid patterns that allude to the tones of the forest, the textures of stoneworks, and the topography of the Earth’s surface. This allowed us to develop a visual system that places the residence within an urban setting balanced by nature’s sweeping forms and serene backdrop.
Respecting the harmony of nature and built environment
Composed of earthy tones and visual cues evoking a lush environment, we crafted an identity that embodies a peaceful green abode flourishing with life at the heart of the city. Infusing the idea of “elevated garden living”, the gridded layouts articulate the transition from urban life to nature while elegantly defining the boundaries where the two structural wonders meet and coexist.
