Costa Mira is an upscale residential condominium in the middle of the coastline of Panglao, Bohol, with an integrated beach resort community that brings to life the comforts of home in a tropical paradise for those who want more out of life.

Making every day a vacation by the sea
Costa Mira seeks to provide its residents with a home where every day feels like a vacation—a place to relax, have fun, and soak up the sun. Imagining a beautiful oasis with all the good things in life, we arrived at an AVP concept that welcomes viewers to a paradise where the sand meets the shore and where waves meet the breeze.
With this picture in mind, we crafted a script and narrative built around the idea of having a home coveted as a paradise of its own. We also matched it with a storyboard that invites everyone to a walkthrough of Costa Mira, presenting audiences with a picturesque view of a neighborhood on the shore just how we always dreamed it.
Opening the doors to a seaside paradise
Using our eyes as a key, we provided a glimpse of the serene life that awaits everyone in Costa Mira’s beach town homes. We also greeted audiences with the breathtaking scenes and experiences that make this condo a paradise to come home to, giving them a closer look at each unit and the lifestyle that we don’t deserve to miss.
