Sales Officer

Our Sales Officer generates leads, nurtures prospects, closes sales opportunities, and supports initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or account management for a creative agency or related industry

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline — from lead qualification and pitch management to negotiation, contract finalization, and deal closure.
  • Lead pitch coordination and client engagement, ensuring complete briefs, proper qualification, and seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee contract accuracy, account handover, and sales reporting, timely documentation, and data-driven performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts/sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in sales processes, data analytics, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to track and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems & sales automation tools
