Account Manager for New Business

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager for New Business to fuel our agency’s growth as we target significant expansion in the coming year. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in Account Management who wants to leverage their industry knowledge to drive revenue.

You will be the face of the agency in the market – networking, building relationships, and guiding prospective clients from the first handshake to the final contract signature. Your goal is not just to close deals, but to close the right deals that align with our strategic vision.

Responsibilities

  • Networking & Lead Generation – Actively hunt for new business opportunities through industry events, outreach, partnerships, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Nurturing & Closing Deals – Lead consultative sales conversations, nurture warm leads, negotiate terms, and close profitable partnerships.

  • Strategic Sales Development & Reporting – Support pricing and service strategy, maintain a clean CRM, and provide insights on pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and market trends.

  • Collaboration & Client Handover – Work closely with creative and strategy teams on proposals and ensure a smooth transition of closed clients to the Accounts Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or production house.
  • With an Account Executive background who understand client service, creative workflows, and project scoping.
