I-Land focuses on creating sustainable developments with two key offerings: I-Land Bay Plaza, a corporate office designed for business growth, and I-Land Residences Sucat, thoughtfully crafted homes for modern urban living.
Our strategy was to align the brand identity with I-Land’s vision of ‘Building a Greener Future.’ We approached this by refreshing their branding strategy, designing an engaging social media presence, and producing reels that reflect the lifestyle and values embedded in their properties.
The narrative was reinforced through every visual, ensuring I-Land stands out in the market as an eco-conscious developer. We promoted their properties in creative content that emphasized their modern design and commitment to sustainability.

To align with I-Land’s sustainable and future-forward ethos, we developed a brand book that encapsulates its core values. We also created new brand applications, social media content, and a website for a consistent, professional visual identity across platforms. For social media campaigns, we focused on crafting ads and reels that highlight the unique features of I-Land’s key developments.
